University policies are organized by administrative department 和 each department has a responsible officer 和 a policy liaison.

The responsible officer is the department head 和 develops, authorizes 和 implements that department's policies. The officer is responsible to keep all department policies up-to-date 和 revise policies to reflect current policy, practice 和 procedure of the University. Each University policy should be reviewed by the originating department 和 revised as necessary at least every five years.

The responsible officer annually appoints a policy liaison who will serve as the main point of contact with the 部门 of 业务 和 金融事务 for all policy-related matters for the department or campus.
